    التفكك الأسري وعلاقته بانحراف الحدث المراهق

    ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة إلى محاولة الكشف عن العلاقة الموجودة بين التفكك الأسري وانحراف الحدث المراهق وكيف يؤثر التفكك الاسري على انحراف الحدث المراهق، تبعا لعدة متغيرات وهي: الظروف الاقتصادية وفي حالة غياب احد الوالدين و تبعا لعدد افراد الاسرة ، وعلى هذا الأساس تم بناء الإطار النظري لدراستنا، يجمع اهم الجوانب المعرفية التي تتضمنها متغيرات الدراسة لكل من التفكك الأسري وانحراف حدث المراهق . وقد تم استخدام منهجً دراسة حالةً على عينة من الأحداث الجانحين تتمثل عينتنا في خمسة (05) حالات المتواجدين على مستوى مركز إعادة التربية ببو خالفة ولاية تيزي وزو الجزائر. اعتمدت الدراسة على أدوات هي الملاحظة والمقابلة والاستبيان ونموذج لدراسة حالة وأظهرت النتائج دراستنا ما يلي: -أن كل عائلات الاحداث المتواجدين بمركز إعادة التربية ببو خالفة تيزي وزو تتخللها العديد من المشاكل الاسرية ولا تعرف معنى الاستقرار الاسري - معظم عائلات الاحداث المنحرفين المتواجدين في مؤسسة إعادة التربية متفككة يتخللها هجر او طلاق او موت أحد الوادين - اغلب عائلات الاحداث المنحرفين تعاني ظروف اقتصادية صعبة والحرمان - عدد أفراد بعض الأسر المنحرفين متزايد عدد ويؤثر على انحراف الحدث المراهق وبعد الدراسة التي قمنا بها توصلنا لنتائج التالية: *التفكك الاسري يؤدي الى انحراف الحدث المراهق *غياب أحد الوالدين سواء موت او هجر او طلاق يؤدي الى انحراف الحدث المراهق *ضعف الجانب الاقتصادي والظروف الاقتصادية الصعبة للأسرة تؤدي الى انحراف الحدث المراهق * تزايد عدد أفراد الاسرة يؤثر بشكل كبير على انحراف الحدث المراهق Study summary The study aimed to try to reveal the relationship between family disintegration and juvenile delinquency on the adolescent and how it affects him. Thus, a theoretical framework was built for the study that brings together the most important cognitive aspects included in the study variables for both family disintegration and adolescent juvenile delinquency. The case study approach was used on a sample of five (05) juvenile offenders present at the re-education center in Boukhalfa, TiziOuzou Province, Algeria. The following study results resulted in: - There is a relationship between the economic aspect “capabilities and monthly income of the family” and the delinquency of the adolescent juvenile present at the Re-Education Institution in Boukhalfa,TiziOuzou Province, Algeria. It also aimed to show the existence of a correlation between the absence of a parent and the delinquency of the adolescent juvenile present in the re-education institution in Boukhalfa, TiziOuzou Province, and to demonstrate the relationship that exists between family problems and the delinquency of the adolescent juvenile present in the re-education institution in Boukhalfa, TiziOuzou Province, Algeria. The study relied on observation, interview, and a case study model, and showed the following results: • The economic aspect, “the family’s financial capabilities,” leads to a deviation in the event. • The absence of a parent leads to juvenile delinquency. • Family problems (number of family members) lead to juvenile delinquency
