| dc.description.abstract | تطرقنا في دراستنا الى الكشف عن العلاقة التي تربط الاتصال التنظيمي بالاداء الوظيفي من خلال اجراء الدراسة على موظفين المؤسسة الخدماتية في ولاية تيزي وزو بريد شيخي و تبلورت دراستنا في التساؤل الرئيسي: كيف يساهم الاتصال التنظيمي في تحسين الاداء الوظيفي للعاملين في مؤسسة اتصتالات الجزائر؟ و لتحقيق دراستنا قمنا بوضع تساؤلات رئيسية تجيب عن أهداف الدراسة، و استخدمنا منهج دراسة الحالة. قمنا بتقسيم دراستنا الى محورين اساسين المتمثلين في الاتصال التنظيمي و الاداء الوظيفي. اعتمدنا على استمارة الاستبيان كاداة لجمع البيانات من عينة بلغت 39 عامل في المؤسسة الخدماتية. قمنا في الاخير بتحليل و تفريغ نتائج الدراسة. In our study, we explored the relationship between organizational communication and job performance by conducting a study on the employees of the service establishment in the state of Tizi-Ouzou Bareed Sheikhi. Our study crystallized in the main question: How does organizational communication contribute to improving the job performance of employees in Algeria Telecom? In order to achieve our study, we developed key questions that answer the study's objectives, and we used the case study method. We divided our study into two main axes of organizational communication and job performance. We relied on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data from a sample of 39 workers in the service institution. Finally, we analyzed and unpacked the results of the study. | |
