| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن التحديات الاجتماعية التي تواجهها المرأة المقاولة في كل من الريف والمدينة، وكذلك التعرف عن معيقات النساء المقاولات بدائرة تيزي وزو، حيث أجريت الدراسة على مجموعة من المقاولات الريفيات والمدنيات بها، وشملت عينة من 39 عاملة. وقد توصلت دراساتنا الى الكشف عن الفرق بين التحديات الاجتماعية للمقاولات بين الريف والمدينة، كما أننا سلطنا الضوء على أبرز المعيقات التي تواجهها وبيننا الفرق بين معيقات المقاولات في الريف والمدينة This study aims to reveal the social challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in both the countryside and the city, as well as to identify the obstacles of women entrepreneurs in the Tizi Ouzou department, where the study was conducted on a group of rural and civilian contractors, and included a sample of 39 workers. Our studies have revealed the difference between the social challenges of contracting between the countryside and the city, and we have highlighted the most prominent obstacles faced by them and the difference between the obstacles of contracting in the countryside and the city. | |
