Abstract
تعتبر الرقابة من العمليات الإدارية الهامة التي لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها ومن الدعائم الأساسية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، لما لها من تأثيرات مهمة في كافة عناصر المنظمات ولقدرتها على التأثير في الموارد البشرية وتوجيههم لتحقيق أداء متميز من خلال تطوير كفاءتهم وتفجير طاقتهم بما يحقق أهداف المنظمة. ومن خلال هذا المنطلق ونتيجة للأهمية الملحوظة للرقابة الإدارية، فاعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على إشكالية تدور حول سؤال رئيسي مفاده، كيف تؤثر الرقابة الإدارية على أداء العاملين داخل المؤسسة الصناعية لدواسات الفرامل بتميزارت؟
وقصد ضبط موضوع الدراسة والتحكم فيه أكثر قمنا بصياغة الفرضية الرئيسية التالية:
- تؤثر الرقابة الإدارية بشكل ايجابي على أداء العاملين داخل المؤسسة الصناعية، والتي جزئت بدورها إلى فرضيات فرعية وهي كالتالي:
- تستخدم المؤسسة الاقتصادية أدوات وتقنيات فعالة في ممارسة الرقابة على أداء العمال داخل المؤسسة.
- زيادة الانضباط في اجراءات الرقابة الادارية تؤدي إلى تحسين مستوى الاداء لدى العمال.
ولكي يتم اختبار الفرضيات المطروحة قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية في المؤسسة الصناعية لدواسات فرامل السيارات بتميزارث، معتمدين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي، وكما استعننا بأدوات في جمع البيانات متمثلة في الملاحظة، والاستمارة التي اعتبرت الأداة الرئيسية لجمع المعلومات والتي وجهت لعينة عشوائية قدر عددها ب 50 فردا.
بعد تفريغ البيانات وعرضها وتحليلها وتفسيرها، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها:
- للرقابة الإدارية تأثير إيجابي على أداء العاملين والرفع من مستوى الكفاءة المهنية.
- الاعتماد على وسائل وأدوات رقابية لها دور فعال في انضباط وتحفيز وتطوير أداء العاملين وبالتالي تحقيق أهداف المنظم
- زيادة الانضباط في اجراءات الرقابة الادارية تخلق جو عمل ايجابي، وتشجع الموظفين على أداء عملهم بكل إخلاص وتطور مهارتهم وتحسن أدائهم.
Control is considered one of the important administrative processes that cannot be dispensed with and one of the basic pillars of the economic institution, due to its important effects on all elements of organizations and its ability to influence human resources and direct them to achieve distinguished performance by developing their efficiency and unleashing their energy in a way that achieves the goals of the organization. From this standpoint and as a result of the noticeable importance of administrative control, we relied in this study on a problem that revolves around a main question, which is: How does administrative control effect the performance of workers within the industrial institution?
Having further controlled and adjusted to the subject of the study, we have formulated the following main hypothesis:
- Administrative control has a positive impact on the performance of workers within the industrial establishment. Which in turn was divided into sub-hypotheses as follows:
- the economic institution uses effective tools and techniques in exercising control over performance. Workers within the institution.
- Increasing discipline in administrative control procedures leads to improving the level of performance in Workers.
In order to test the hypotheses, we conducted a field study in industrial establishments. Car brake pedals are distinguished by the descriptive approach, and we have prepared with tools in collecting data represented by observation, and the questionnaire which was considered the main collection tool, the information was collected from a random sample of 50 individuals.
After unpacking, displaying, analyzing and interpreting the data, the study reached a set of results:
-Administrative control has a positive impact on employee performance and raising the level of professional efficiency. Relying on control methods and tools has an effective role disciplining, motivating and developing employee performance and thus achieving the organization’s goals.
